For each visitor to our website, our website server does not recognize or use information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

We collect no information on visitors who browse our web pages.

The information we collect from our clients or persons who make contact is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.  It is only disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with statutory policies governing our website.

There will be times when our computer systems are based overseas and it will be necessary to pass client data overseas.  By agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that such transfers will take place. All data transferred abroad will be held at an equal or more secure level than that of the equivalent Data Protection Act.

Our service is based on the registration of ideas, concepts and original works.  If you choose to become a client the website will ask you to lodge and upload a digital file as part of the registration process.  We will ask you for your name, email address, geographical address and other personal information including credit card details.

Clients or persons who supply us with their postal address on-line will only receive postal contact from us with information regarding the business in hand if we cannot make contact by email.
Clients or persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the business in hand if we cannot make contact by email.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time we may use client information for new unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy statement.  If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes on our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check our web site periodically.

Upon request we provide our clients with access to all information we maintain about them including contact information such as name, address, phone number and other information such as registration number, file upload and lodging date.
